Porsche OEM Retrofit Specialists

Factory-level Porsche retrofit solutions for owners and independent workshops worldwide. Innovative Soft combines compatibility assessment, genuine/OEM Porsche components, retrofit wiring and harness solutions, installation documentation, remote PIWIS programming and post-installation support in one coordinated service.

Complete OEM Retrofit Support

A successful retrofit is more than coding. Hardware, vehicle configuration, wiring, control-unit compatibility and software programming must work together. We support the complete process: VIN-based compatibility assessment, parts selection, retrofit engineering, installation guidance, PIWIS programming, software activation, remote troubleshooting and final verification.

Retrofit Capabilities

Our work covers Matrix LED and HD Matrix LED functions, Sport Chrono, Porsche InnoDrive, adaptive cruise control (ACC), Active Lane Keeping (ALK), PCM upgrades, camera systems and other factory-feature retrofits. Exact requirements vary by model year, market and existing vehicle equipment, so each project is assessed before parts or programming are recommended.

Supported Porsche Families

We support Porsche 911 (991 and 992), Cayenne, Macan, Panamera, Taycan and 718 (981 and 982). Availability depends on the vehicle platform, installed control units, regional specification and the retrofit requested.

How Worldwide Remote Support Works

  1. Send the vehicle model, year, market and requested feature.

  2. We review compatibility and the current equipment.

  3. The required OEM components, harness solution and installation scope are confirmed.

  4. The owner or local workshop completes the physical installation where required.

  5. Innovative Soft performs the applicable remote PIWIS programming or activation.

  6. The retrofit is verified and post-installation support is provided.

For Porsche Workshops

Independent Porsche workshops can handle the customer relationship and physical installation while Innovative Soft supports compatibility, parts selection, engineering, documentation, remote programming and troubleshooting. This allows workshops to offer advanced OEM retrofit services without building every specialist capability in-house.

Important: not every feature is compatible with every Porsche. Some projects require additional OEM hardware, wiring, calibration or local installation. We confirm the practical scope before work begins and do not publish proprietary procedures, credentials, security-bypass information or customer VINs.
