This Privacy Policy explains how Innovative Soft Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in New Zealand, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use www.innovativesoftnz.com, purchase our products and services (including remote vehicle coding and feature activations), or contact us by email, WhatsApp or social media.

Information we collect

• Order and contact information: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and details of products or services you purchase.

• Vehicle information: where a service requires it, your VIN, model year and head-unit/PCM version — used solely to check compatibility and deliver the service you ordered.

• Payment information: payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

• Technical information: cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel) collect device and browsing information to operate the site, measure performance and show relevant advertising.

How we use your information

To process orders and perform remote activation/coding services; to answer enquiries and provide support; to send service updates; and, unless you opt out, occasional marketing emails about relevant products. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Sharing of information

We share information only with providers needed to run our business: our website platform (Wix.com Ltd), payment processors, shipping and fulfilment partners, and advertising/analytics platforms (Meta, Google). We never sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep order records as long as required for warranty support and New Zealand tax law, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights and data deletion

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (and, where applicable, the GDPR) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To request deletion, email info@innovativesoft.co.nz with the subject "Data deletion request" — we will confirm completion within 30 days. This same process removes any data we control from our Facebook or Instagram presence.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for parts of the site to work. Ad cookies can also be managed through Google and Meta ad preference tools.
