Shipping is charged at a flat $98 USD, which covers courier delivery of retrofit kits, coding modules, and related hardware to New Zealand and most international destinations. This is calculated separately at checkout so you know the full cost before confirming your order.

Question 6

Does Innovative Soft NZ ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes, international shipping is available and the $98 USD shipping fee applies to orders sent outside of New Zealand. If you have a specific destination in mind, it's worth confirming with the team before ordering to make sure your address is covered.

Question 7

Is shipping included in the price of the coding kit?

Accepted Answer

No, shipping is listed separately at $98 USD and is added at checkout. This keeps the product pricing transparent so you're not paying a hidden markup on the hardware itself.

Question 8

How long does delivery take for Porsche retrofit parts from New Zealand?

Accepted Answer

Delivery times vary by destination and courier availability. Reaching out to Innovative Soft NZ directly before ordering is the best way to get an accurate estimate for your specific location.
