Effective date: 6 August 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Innovative Soft Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in New Zealand, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use www.innovativesoftnz.com, purchase our products and services (including remote vehicle coding and feature activations), or interact with us through email, WhatsApp, or social media.

Information we collect

Order and contact information: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the details of products or services you purchase.

Vehicle information: where a service requires it, your vehicle identification number (VIN), model year, head-unit/PCM version and related technical data, used solely to check compatibility and deliver the service you ordered.

Payment information: payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

Technical and usage information: like most websites we use cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel) that collect device and browsing information to operate the site, measure performance, and show relevant advertising.

How we use your information

To process orders, deliver products and perform remote activation/coding services; to answer enquiries and provide support; to send service updates about your order; and, where you have not opted out, to send occasional marketing emails about relevant products. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Sharing of information

We share information only with service providers needed to run our business: our website platform (Wix.com Ltd), payment processors, shipping and fulfilment partners, and advertising/analytics platforms (Meta, Google) in aggregate or pixel form. We never sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as required for warranty support and by New Zealand tax law, and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

Your rights and data deletion

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (and, where applicable, the GDPR) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To request deletion of your data, email info@innovativesoft.co.nz with the subject "Data deletion request" and we will confirm completion within 30 days. If you have interacted with our Facebook or Instagram presence, this same process removes any data we control.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not function without essential cookies. Ad-related cookies can also be managed via Google and Meta ad preference tools.
