Kuwait, Qatar and Oman: wired-only CarPlay explained

Owners of Porsche and Audi cars specified for Kuwait, Qatar and Oman often see CarPlay work by cable but never wirelessly. On PCM5 / MH2P systems these markets have 5 GHz Wi-Fi disabled by regional coding, and wireless CarPlay depends on 5 GHz. (Note: neighbouring UAE, Saudi and Bahrain ship with it enabled — the lock is market-specific.)
